we roast one coffee, that’s it. to keep it simple and save you the headache, we choose a coffee based on flavor, consistency and seasonality. and since we only have one coffee, you can know it will be sourced and roasted with care. occasionally the flavor will vary slightly, but will always focus on being classically sweet and slightly fruity. expect a light-to-medium roast that will taste great as drip coffee or an intriguing espresso.
